Central Anatolia (Turkey), c. 445 x 165 cm, mid-19th century, this single-panel piece was woven by Turkmen tribes between Konya and Aksary, four hexagonal medallions with several reciprocal hooks on white background, with contrasting dark main border, the kelim is in mint condition with red woven finish preserved on both sides, side edges rebound, some corroded brown areas replaced.
