in Dutch Renaissance style, end of the 19th century, divisible oak structure with screw assembly, baluster-shaped column construction, with characteristic panels at the head and at the foot, External measurements 226 x 230 x 150 cm, signs of age and use. (DOC) This bed was planned for Archduke Franz Ferdinand (1863 - 1914), the successor to the throne, during the construction of the so-called Neue Burg, for which Kaiser Franz-Joseph appointed him protector in 1906.
