Northwest Persian (Iran), produced about 1870, circa 300 x 127 cm, rare rug from Azerbaijan in rich range of colours, pile shows signs of usage corresponding to age and a few areas ofmoth damage, finishing complete and original reinforced with additional items and braids on both sides, side edges newly overcast.
