Tuscany 15th century, poplar wood chest with bulged front featuring two rectangular panels and bird motifs on yellow painted ground, the lid with rack decoration, approx. 47 x 144x 44 cm, original forged nails, various wood parts missing and substantial old wormholes, wood part replaced in the lower right section of the base.
