Jan Felkl & Son, Rostok near Prague, the globe (9,5 cm diameter) made up of 12 lithographed colored paper gores on plaster sphere, signed “DIE ERDE / J. FELKL & SOHN / Rostok b. Prag”, painted wood moon, copperized cast iron stand, lacquered brass parts, crank handle, the sun symbolized by a candle with reflector, zodiac and calendar disc. Diameter of earth orbit c. 94 cm, total height c. 44 cm. (WU).
