glass, light manganese colour, cover with faceted knob and concave disks merging into sides, edge of cover with cut and spherical design rocaille band, cup with cut lip border, jagged and arch décor, front featuring cut dedication 'Die Welt ist Kugelrundt, die Zeiten ändern sich, Ein Treuer Freund ist rar, mein Freund wie hälts um Dich', right side with palace grounds with water basin and fountain, left side with estate with garden and tower, between those rich finely cut pelmets, foliage and strapwork, baskets with fruit and other décor, base with three high cut palmettes, concave disks and honeycomb cut, faceted nodus and shaft, base with olive and grooved cuts, edge like edge of cover, inside of cover and pontil with collection label 'Sammlung Fritz Biemann Zürich', height 24.5 cm, lip minimally chipped, fine tension crack over one palmette, Silesia mid-eighteenth century, glass works Zechlin ?
