“Spielzeug” [toy], 1959-1963, 11 etchings on vellum with large margins, each signed Zimmer, dated and titled, no. 19 from the edition of 20 numbered impressions, sheet size ca. 54 x 38 cm each, complete series of etchings with a double-sheet title, text by the artist and correction note in red original cardboard folder, the latter with woodcut title in green, woodcut printer’s mark as well as with typeset details, according to the correction note printed by the artist himself, self-published / Munich 1967, the sheets slightly wavy along the margins, partly with minor reddish colour abrasion to the cardboard folder, (11), (RAC)
Very rare.
