‘The Equestrian Opulator was originally designed as the perfect companion to racetracks around the globe. The base in the form of a gun barrel can easily be transformed into a swivelling stool by removing the bolt and opening the folded parts’ (Paul Etienne Lincoln, Prodomo, Vienna, 27 May – 19 June 1993, exhibition catalogue, 15, Vienna 1993, p. 6).
