Northwest Anatolia (Turkey), c. 329 x 187 cm, early 19th century, the hexagonal central medallion is accompanied by four massive triangles, typical of these carpets from the Bergama region are the reciprocal hook designs, with a remarkable archaically designed main border, low pile with heavily corroded brown, both ends have been filled in, the side edges repaired.
