designed by Coop Himmelb(l)au (Wolf D. Prix - Helmut Swiczinsky) in 1989 for Vitra AG, Basel, blue lacquered iron double T-beam, brushed tubular steel, upholstered cubic seat, mint green leather, height 90 cm, width 200 cm, depth 78.5 cm, height of seat 42 cm. (DR) Only 20 pieces were produced between 1989 and 1993. An important object of Deconstructivist design made in reference to Le Corbusier’s “Grand Comfort” from 1928.
