Northeast Persia (Iran), c. 181 x 121 cm, modern, on mesh-braided silk warp threads and with a high percentage of silk in the pattern, the present carpet with c. 810,000 kts/sqm is very finely knotted, its pattern featuring perching birds goes back to the Persian designer "Chehel Tutti", in exquisite wool quality, the lower right elem with the master signature of "Resam Arabzadeh", a similar carpet was sold at our 2017 auction, in excellent condition.
