Richard Čermák studied at the AAAD in Prague under professor Stanislav Libenský and Jaroslav Svoboda. He graduated in 1989. He works primarily with the technique of fused sculpture. Recently, he has been working on simple shapes and is leaning toward monumental sculptures.
