After studying sculpture in Adelaide, he was a postgraduate student of glass in the Canberra School of Art. He established himself on the international scene at the end of the 1990s. The author has a postmodern artistic opinion that reveals itself primarily in the vivid colors, dynamic composition and surprising combination of artistic techniques. His works often bring to life a story that is depicted on a fused picture. His works are technologically very difficult. He traveled to Europe to create his collection of “blocks” of glass in 2002. He partially fused them in glassworks in Germany, but the final touches were made in the Novotný Studio in Železný Brod.
Our Object comes from this collection, which was very successful in the United States and Australia.
