Tobias Schneider came to Vienna in 1712, around 1725 he worked in Celle in Hanover. Ketland & Co. (brothers John Ketland, 1769-1799, and Thomas Ketland, 1762-1833) were working in 1789-1799 in Birmingham, England.
The pistol from the first half of the 18th century was supplemented by a new lock at the end of the 18th century.
