Augsburg c. 1710, gilt brass, silver, signed “Johann Willebrand in Augspurg”, octagonal shape with latitude pointer (25–65 degree) and spring mechanism, folding plummet holder, compass with blued steel needle, hour scale from 3–12–9 hours. Size c. 68 x 66 mm. (WU).
