Zeus and eagle as well as Chronos and Vulcanus, upon round sides Zeus is enthroned on a plinth of clouds with golden lighting, he is holding a golden sceptre and bunch of lighting rods in his hands, at his feet the eagle is sitting with open wings, framed by abundant small and large flowers on green flower branches, centre at top and bottom with light turquoise acanthus leaves with gold heightening, movement with yellow metal mounts, white enamel dial, black and blue numerals as well as golden hands, Chronos is lying on rocky plinth and being forged to it by Vulcanus, five rocaille feet, light purple and light turquoise and gold heightened with abundant flower applications, height 72 cm, width 32 cm, depth 22 cm, plinth area with colourfully painted butterflies and insects as well as spray of small and large flowers, four volute feet with abundant flower application, front features reserve with colour painted flower bouquet, height 14 cm, length 48 cm, depth 30 cm, total height 86 cm, movement not checked, Meißen, underglaze blue sword mark, second half of the nineteenth century, model number 1047, former number 76, model by Johann Joachim Kändler and co-workers 1748 (Ru)
