TRRR was synonymous with his ‘Blindmalerei’ (blind painting), which he started in 1951. He founded the Pintorarium with Ernst Fuchs and Fritz Hundertwasser in 1959, as an anti-academy and breeding ground for provocation (a “crematory for the incineration of the Academy”).
