VEB Staatliche Porzellan-Manufaktur Meissen, model by Johann Joachim Kändler ca. 1747. The musicians are portrayed by male monkeys the singers by female ones; the orchestra was refurbished and replaced by Peter Reinicke in 1765, and according to historical tradition, represents a caricature of the Count Brühl's orchestra.
