each with 2 candle sockets, green, red and blue grape festoons with leafy branches, light green palmettes and shaft with gilt edging, the facing side with a gilt eagle with spread wings as a personification of Zeus, in the foreground Ganymede with a short staff in the right hand, a pan flute leaning against a rose bush, Hebe holding a goblet of red wine in the right hand, a vine with blue doves, pitcher and rose-bush, the earth bases with gilt edging, white bases with gilt beaded friezes, blue forget-me-not blossoms, light purple drapery attached to gilt buttons, narrow and wide gilt edge, porcelain, polychromed and gilt, height: 38 cm, restorations, model no. K 49, K 50, former no. 145, 162, red painter no. 25, model by Johann Daniel Schöne 1793, rare candelabra (Ru)

Based on a mosaic in a Roman villa at Paphos, Cyprus, 3th cent. BCE.
