A unique piece.The Slovak glass artist Milos Balgavy (born in 1955) is a master craftsman who has contributed to shaping glass art in Eastern Europe and thus the whole of modernist glass art. In his work, he shows the extraordinary possibilities of polished optical glass, combining an aura of mystery with the incomparable interplay of light and colour. His oeuvre is testimony to his extraordinary command of this difficult and laborious technique.
