porcelain, the body with wide, fine burnished gilt edging and matt gilt decoration, chains- and arch friezes and acanthus wreath, the facing side and the reverse side with polychrome painted large flowering branches, white serpents heightened with gilt, growing from gilt acanthus leaves, height: 39 cm, 1 leaf terminal with minimal restoration, mount slight loose; Meissen, underglaze blue crossed swords, 2nd half 19th cent., C 116, former no. 98, model by Ernst August Leuteritz (Ru)
