In Untitled Mario Schifano embodies a great quantity of the works he had executed from the Sixties on, reuniting them all within a “container”, the Plexiglas box that he had started using in the second half of the Sixties.
Works like, Coca Cola, Paesaggio Anemico, En Plein Air, Io sono infantile, A la Balla, Il Futurismo rivisitato, Il Mare approssimativamente, O Sole mio, just to mention a few, are all represented on a canvas that can be seen as a book that narrates the artistic history of this internationally known artist.
