silver; quatrefoil design in an oval form; a sculptural female figure in a dress, standing with outstretched arm raised; a stepped round base supported by four arabesque curved struts decorated with blossoms; blossoms in different stages of bloom, highlighted in relief, also on the long sides of the dish; the border is formed by curved stems, some of which merge into openwork geometries; the bowl standing on four curved feet; the screws on the underside have been partly replaced; signs of use; marked with master’s mark MG, Diana’s head silver purity hallmark (800) and official hallmarks; height 34.3 cm, length 55.2 cm, width 36.7 cm; weight: 1920.2 g.
