The Schaffer Collection of Russian Imperial Art Treasures, New York (a note of the Rockefeller Center New York, 1939 lost); private property Germany.

Michail Snamenski studied at the Fine Arts Academy in St. Petersburg and participated in exhibitions. The artist was interested in folklore and ethnology and executed several sheets and depictions in watercolour, including the series “Habits, customs and landscapes of the North and West Siberia”
