Due to his social position, the smuggler Dancaïre's costume (sung by Heinz Holecek, Hans Peter Kammerer, Michael Kraus, Markus Nieminen, and Clemens Unterreiner for example) is more natural and simpler but no less impressive. It is made of wool and cotton true to the original, partly color-processed and is visually very stunning.
The entire costume consists of a cape, mountain jacket, vest, breeches, shirt, sash, scarf, and shoe gaiters, and is in good condition, but has signs of wear.
*As the costume was made to measure for the singer, it may differ from the standard size.
