Northeast Persia (Iran), c. 170 x 100 cm, beginning of the 20th century, small tribal carpet of the Baluch nomads from the Khorasan region, background with visible Turkmen influence, with five Salor guls, light-coloured as well as rare yellow-ground spandrels with animal abstractions, the impressive main border features angled, interrupted and intertwined wave patterns, original goat-hair shirazi, only remains of the kilim ends are preserved, slight signs of age and use, end damage.
