c. 1825/30, cherry and mahogany veneered softwood frame with slightly convex front and 3/4 columns, moulded cornice with pull-out cornice drawer - the latter with balustrade decoration and hinged with reading desk function, cherry veneered interior, 2 interior drawers, fall-front with cherry and yew veneer, shelf with polished finish, architecturally structured interior with half columns at the angles and bronzed capitals in Corinthian style, cherry and mahogany veneer, pull-out compartments flanking the pull-out mirrored centre niche, behind the center niche secret inner drawers, surmounted by cherry veneered secret drawer with spring mechanism (released by push button), 6 interior drawers and 1 sham drawer, lower part with 2 doors and mahogany veneered interior drawers, ivory substitute knobs, c. 158 x 96 x 53 cm, restored condition.
