patinated and gilt bronze; rectangular body made of bevelled glass, with arabesque forms; the top centre featuring a woman’s face made of carved ivory, with long gilt bronze hair; the exterior with stylised leaf motifs; four slightly flared feet, also in the form of leaves; round movement made of brass and enamel; dial with black Arabic numerals on white ground; pendulum also with a woman’s face, with aureole and stars; the latter made of gilt bronze; with key; glass body partly cracked; clock not tested; signs of age and use; height 40.5 cm, width 22.2 cm, depth 16.4 cm.
