Otto Prutscher (Vienna, 1880-1949), a chandelier (original title: 'Luster') for the furnishing of Dr. Franz Kindler, Vienna-Mariahilf, Wiener Werkstätte, 1919 - From the Schedlmayer Collection- Art Nouveau and 20th Century Applied Arts

repoussé brass; all-round scenes with birds on branches with leaves and stylised floral motifs; with hanging globular glass shades in diverse lengths added at a later date; fixture for hanging on twelve brass chains; the original green silk volant has been replaced with a white silk fabric; signs of age and use; professionally restored; electrical fittings require professional servicing; total height: 96 cm, diameter: 56 cm.
