“Serapis-Fayence”, light-bodied, with polychrome glazes; figures on horseback on a three-tiered rectangular base; each with embossed inscriptions Klaus Gallé Russ on the first step at the back of the base; the side of the middle base of the male figure with an old label of the Ernst Wahliss company with inscription; underside of the male figure with embossed model number 1652 and number 18, numbered 190a in gold and stamped green company mark Serapis Wahliss; height 49.2 cm, length 37 cm, width 20.7 cm; female figure slightly chipped at the base; stamped below with model number 1662 and number 18, numbered 190a in gold and stamped green Serapis Wahliss company mark; height 50.4 cm, length 37 cm, width 20.7 cm.
