Two wall appliques from the concourse of the Linz main station,
c. 1946 / 1948, sculptural construction made of gilt and green painted metal, shaft with applied laurel tendril, dimensions of each item: height c. 90 cm, width c. 45 cm, depth c. 53 cm. Signs of age and use, scratches and abrasions, partly with (varnish) losses, partly oxidation marks, some residues, without guarantee for electrical fitting. (MHA)
In total, 25 appliques existed which were placed in the two main halls of the main station during the reconstruction after World War II. They were removed in the course of the modernisation of the station in 2002.
