In the lower section, there is a cartouche with Chinese characters "?????", which indicates that this imperial work was made for the Royal Palace of Tranquil Longevity in the Forbidden City of Beijing. Original condition with partly trimmed pile, signed: "Wan Shou Gong Yu Yong".
