Eduard van der Nüll was one of the most prolific architects of Historicism of Vienna’s “Ringstraßen”era (Ringstraßen-Historicism). After his studies at the Polytechnical Institute in Vienna and at the academy under Peter von Nobile he and his friend, the architect August Sicard von Sicardsburg, were granted a joint scholarship for a study trip through Western Europe.
