Ernst Wahliss already owned porcelain stores in London and Vienna when he took over the Stellmacher'sche Porcelain Factory in Turn near Teplitz, in 1897, in an effort to produce his own ware. From 1900 and 1910 documents already show a variety of porcelain items based on designs by Viennese artists. 1899/1900 participation in the winter exhibit of the Vienna Museum of Art and Industry, with items in the Copenhagen style. At this time, Ernst Wahliss also became aware of the ca. 600 original forms form the k. k. Vienna Manufactory which had closed in 1864, and he bought them from De Cente, to produce them in his Turn-Teplitz Factory. He died in the year 1900 and was succeeded by his sons Hans and Erich.
Johann Elias Ridinger, (Ulm 16.2.1698-10.4.1767 Augsburg), German graphic artist, 1600 copper engravings and etchings, in particular game animal- and hunting scenes, he also worked as a painter.
