A Singhalese necklace, made of gilt silver. Made up of many individual links that are connected to one another, above and below, with small rings. It has a buckle clasp. Both end pieces, as well as the central, rectangular middle piece and the bell-shaped pendant that hangs below display, on their front sides, a delicate, cast decoration of floral and leafy tendrils. A fine, delicate piece. No damage.
Length: 35 cm (the chain open).
First third of the 20th century. (ME)
