A small bangle with a hinge and a pin fastening, as well as three pendant plates. All made of silver, the front side decorated with dark blue, green and red enamel and stylised, floral (flowers, blossoms) and geometric motifs. The reverse sides of the jewellery pates are shiny and each displays a hallmark. This enamel decoration is a speciality in the workshops in the city of Multan, in the Pakistani province of Punjab. Pieces of Multan jewellery such as these were used as far as South Afghanistan.
Diameter: 4.5 cm (the inside of the bracelet); plate dimensions: 6 cm x 7.6 cm; 3.6 cm x 5 cm; 3 cm x 3.6 cm.
