1: A large neck support completely forged of iron. At both ends of the surface supporting the neck, heads of ancestors are forged, as on the long grip at the side. A white inventory number from a collection is preserved on the underside of the base plate. Dimensions: 15 cm x 40 cm x 7 cm.
2: A neck support, completely forged of iron. The surface supporting the neck represents a stylised horse: A horse’s head with a mane on one side, and a tail on the other side. Dimensions: 13 cm x 25 cm x 5 cm.
3: A proportionally large, slender, forged-iron figure with very pointed head which is flat on the side, with face and bent arms. On the chest, remains of linear decoration are visible. A white inventory number from a collection on the left leg, at the bottom. Height: 31 cm. 4: A somewhat smaller, forged, iron male figure, with proportionately ‘normal’ head, face, ears, arms with hands hanging down, genitals, and short legs. On the chest and abdomen geometric patterns of short lines are visible. Height: c. 23 cm.
All four forged iron objects probably from the first half of the 20th century. (ME)
