colourless glass, the body with black and light brown edging, borders, decoration and arbours with floral festoons, decorated with scenes "Jost Ammann" with title and texts "Der Pantzermacher" and "Der Schuhmacher", inscribed: "Hans Sachs", the base with Lobmeyr signet, height: 15 cm, Meyr´s Nephew, Adolf bei Winterberg, form and décor: designed by Richard von Kralik, 6.11.1885, Jost Amman Series, for J. & L. The glasses of the so-called “Jost Amman Series” were decorated with images illustrating various estates and crafts, all based on woodcuts by Jost Amman and engravings by Hans Sachs.
