porcelain, oval everted body with wide and fine gilt rims, pierced strapwork with gilt-accented milkwort, light purple band, shell, rocailles and shell-covered foot, shell stem with polychrome-painted relief of swans and herons amongst the waves, cartouche with swan swimming, oval foot, height 15.5 cm, length 22.5 cm, Meissen, blue sword mark on unglazed base, this firing 1st half of 19th cent., paintwork circa 1870, model by Johann Friedrich Eberlein circa 1741 (Ru)
