Chest of drawers,
Transition period circa 1770/80. Made in oak with rosewood and amaranth veneer and marquetry panels in partly dyed fine woods, with three drawers with a salient central section, bronze mounts with later gilding, stamped on the front right support "J. STUMPFF" maker’s mark (Stumpff Jean Chrysostome, maître from 1766), and with a moulded marble top. 91 x 127 x 60 cm. In restored condition. With one key. (MIN)
