Central Anatolia (Turkey), c. 205 x 137 cm, early 19th century, two hooked octagons on apricot-coloured background, the inside of the medallions decorated with tree, bird and tulip motifs (in this particular item the calyces are closed), especially remarkable is the arrow-lined mihrab at both ends, eight niches in the upper section and ten in the lower one, both ends with kilim remains, shirazi reworked, some heavy signs of age with low pile.
