silver, gilt, decorated with numerous enamelled coats-of-arms, set with gemstone cabochons, of round form, punched body and socket lid, the socket lid with sculpted equestrian finial, with a total of 20 enamelled and polychromed coats-of-arms, each with the engraved below, the inside of the socket lid bearing the engraved dedication, height: 33,5 cm, gross weight: 1151 g, maker’s mark M & K. = Stephan Mayerhofer & Klinkosch, ‘Alt Wien’ hallmark 1840, (Lu)
A lidded goblet of excellent workmanship. The engraved dedication reads: "Ihrer erlaucht, der Frau Anna Gräfin Harrach, geb. Fürstin Lobkowitz zum Andenken an das Caroussel von 1843, von ihrem Ritter Thomas Grafen Nadasdy. The goblet shows the coats-of-arms of the following families: "Graf Festetics, Graf Kolowrat, Graf Sandor, Graf Tarouca, Graf Lodron, Graf Louis Karolyi, Graf Alois Karolyi, Fürst Ferd. Trautmannsdorf, Fürst Lobkowitz, Graf Th. Nadasdy, Graf Szapary, Graf Eman. Zichy, Graf Blancas, Fürst Nikolaus Esterhazy, Fürst Auersperg, Fürst Clary, Graf Wolkenstein, Fürst Rud. Liechtenstein, Graf Harrach, Graf Chotek.
