wearing a turban with a feather, holding the Spanish grey which is performing a courbette with his right hand, his left on the reins, oval base with richly sculptural stems with leaves and flowers, porcelain, white, glazed, height 26.5 cm, feather slightly chipped, short firing cracks to the underside repaired, on original gilded wooden base with inner mount height 31.5 cm, leather reins renewed, Meissen, underglaze blue sword mark after 1765, model by J. J. Kändler circa 1765 (Ru)
