according to uniform regulations for the Austro-Hungarian Leibgarde Infanteriekompagnie (life guards infantry company), approved with the highest resolution on 25 June 1905. Description: a 93 cm long and 5 cm wide waistbelt of age-scarred black patent leather, comprising the belt and sliding loop in addition to the coupling buckle and adjustment clasp, the belt strap rounded off on one end and provided with punched holes, the other end trimmed straight, the coupling buckle of two components, the left forming a 6 cm long and 1.5 cm wide gilt-tombac mount, the front with a perforated attachment for the connection with the corresponding hook of the right section, the right section comprising a 6 cm long and 4 cm wide mount of gilt tombac, the exterior bearing an applied chased and matte-polished gilt imperial double-headed eagle, the interior bearing a hook, the right side (interior) also with an additional 6 cm long and 1 cm wide gilt tombac mount for the attachment of the buckle to the belt, the gilt-tombac adjusting buckle with two-armed mount connected by hinge, one arm with centre pin, the other with the corresponding recess for adjusting the length of the belt.
