of the Hussar regiments No. 5, 11, 15 and 16 from the early days of World War I, the body made of felt reinforced with steel spring clamps, black leather fittings and visor, inner clasp with leather straps, with grey-green painted chinstrap (damaged), an eagle was never mounted on this shako, lacking the appropriate holes, cord decoration and horsehair plume, wood rosette covered with grey-green waxed cloth, rare headwear, black sweatband, the interior with manufacturer label and stamp 'MDP 4 1 913', signs of age, (JZG)
