Provenance:
Peter Teichgräber Collection, Vienna

“My art is the space between an interior void and the move from the inside to the outside,” says Heinz Frank, thus providing a link to his early years, when he studied architecture. For Frank’s art is always also reminiscent of an architectural approach in which a thought seeks to break free and eventually finds its form through the material. His thoughts are the elements of his pictures and objects, the starting point and motivation for everything that is to come – for ‘infinite building”.
