West Turkestan, c. 148 x 126 cm, beginning of the 20th century, probably never used, the finely knotted ‘double-winged’ piece is in perfect condition, the edges and slit for the saddle horn partly wrapped in silk typical of this region, rings for hanging in the upper section. (MA)
