Brussels (Netherlands) c. 251 x 260 cm, end of the 17th century, fully preserved silk and wool weaving with park scene featuring a cherry seller and two noblemen, to the left of the horizon is a rustic farmstead, where the sheep are being gathered for shearing, the carpet displays good colours with realistic figures and a fantastical Bruxelles parrot border, original external galloon preserved, unidentified workshop signature on the right lower galloon: "IUNIUS", only minimally damaged areas and repairs due to age, mounted on fabric, with jute band and rings for hanging in the upper section.
