Shusha (South Caucasus), c. 590 x 102 cm, about 1870, extremely interesting runner with three over-dimensional floral medallions and anchor-shaped pendants, each flanked by two large, green-feathered birds, very good pile condition with only slight traces of usage and high use of cochineal, brown corroded, at the lower end some rows of knots supplemented, original end weave preserved at the top, a stitched horizontal tear to the lower right, the left corner supplemented.
