Known as a knife box on stand, originally 2nd half of the 18th century, the stand made presumably in the early 20th century to match the box. Veneered in mahogany, with filigree contouring and star marquetry, later fitted out with two high quality glass carafes. Approx. 103 x 25,5 x 30 cm. Some ageing, with small losses. (PZ)
